Obituary for Robert Peter "Bud" Bardonnex

Robert Peter "Bud" Bardonnex, 85, of Stroudsburg went home to our Lord on Sunday, April 6 in the Whitestone Care Center, Stroudsburg.

He was the husband of the late Laura (Houck) Bardonnex.

Born in Sciota, he was a son of the late Francis and Lulu (Holdoff) Bardonnex.

Bud was a self-employed carpenter for most of his life and took pride in providing quality workmanship to the customers he served. He was a jack-of -all-trades who had also done some farming years ago.

He was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by a daughter, Shirley Rehm of Stroudsburg; a son, Robert Francis Bardonnex of Stroudsburg; three sisters, Frances Borger of Kunkletown, Gerry Houck of Stroudsburg and Jeanette Mack in Nebraska; a brother, Norman Bardonnex of Stroudsburg; six grandchildren, Cassandra, Jamie, Stacey, Robbie, Tammy and Richie; seven great grandchildren, Lindsey, Christopher, Patricia, Joe Mar, Brett, Marissa and Julia and two great great grandchildren, Tristan and Keira. He was preceded in death by two sons, Rodger and Richard, his companion of nineteen years, Martha Zacharias, by a brother, Frank Bardonnex and by two sisters, Grace Scora and Marie Frable.

No services are planned at this time. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Green Ridge Cemetery, McIlhaney.
