Sarai Rebekah Rosario, 24, of Blakeslee, died on Friday, September 18 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Wilkes Barre.

Born October 25, 1990 in Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of Jorge and Maria (Corrales) Rosario.

Sarai was a student at Northampton Community College and also worked as a hostess at Longhorn Steakhouse in Bartonsville. Sarai was always happy and full of life. She never complained despite her numerous health issues. She loved children and she was loved by everyone.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Ismael Rosario and Jorge Rosario IV; two sisters, Christie and Leslie Rosario; an aunt, Gloria Mas; two cousins, Jessica Acevedo and Erica Santos and her closest friend, Victoria Fortsner.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 20 from the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209 Brodheadsville, with Rev. Alberto Aleman officiating. Cremation will follow in the H. G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg. A viewing will be held on Sunday from 2:00 to 7:00 PM.
