Maurice E. Pazych, 73, of Albrightsville, died Monday, April 25 in his home.

He was the husband of Jo (Young) Pazych. They had observed their 24th wedding anniversary on April 1.

Born in Newtown, he was a son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Walton) Pazych.

He had worked as a maintenance man in the Indian Mt. Lakes Development for ten years and prior to that he was a truck driver for Frost-Watson Lumber in Newtown for over twenty years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Danny Pazych in TN; two step-sons, Aaron Kaye of Levittown and Jason Kaye of Lambertville, NJ; a step-daughter, Sara Hiller of Quakertown and seven grandchildren, Nicholas Pazych, Danielle Kaye, Ayden Eccleston, Anastasia Kaye, Lilliana Eccleston, Austin Kaye and Gabrielle Kaye. He was preceded in death by a brother Joseph.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 30 from the Blakeslee United Methodist Church with Rev. Joseph Healey officiating. Cremation will have taken place in the H. G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept.. 142, Memphis, TN 38101.
