Mary E. Rochelle, 94, of Kresgeville and formerly of Bucks County, died on Friday, September 2 in Cornerstone Assisted Living in New Tripoli.

She was the wife of the late Norman H. Rochelle Jr. who died in 1996.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Dangleman) Young. She grew up and lived in Lower Bucks County before moving to her beloved cabin in Kresgeville in 1984. While living in Bucks County, Mary did volunteer work at nature preserves.

She is survived by a daughter, Lee Gaun and her husband Rick; a son, Norman H. Rochelle III; two grandchildren, Damon Gaun and his wife Rachele and Tobin Gaun and his wife Kelly and four great grandchildren, Ruby, Quinn, Ethan and Evie.

A closed casket visitation will be held on Saturday, September 10 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM from the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209 Brodheadsville, followed by a short service. Interment will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park in Ambler.
