Norma Gregory Weiss, 90, a long- time resident of East Stroudsburg, Brodheadsville and Stroudsburg died January 10 at Atria in Bethlehem where she resided for 6 1/2 years. Born July 20, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Norman B. Gregory and Florence ( Harps) Gregory.

Norma graduated from East Stroudsburg High School and Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA with honors in Mathematics and was inducted into the Whitians Honor Society in 1947. After graduating from Ursinus College, she worked in the Accounting Department for Fred Waring at Shawnee.

Norma was very proud and dedicated to her family. She is survived by her daughters Florence Weiss of Whitehall, Norma Floyd and her husband Jack of Boise ID and Patrice Weiss MD and her husband Frank G. Finch MD of Roanoke VA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Gregory Floyd of Boise, ID, Diane (Floyd) Maurer and husband Matt of Rockledge Florida and Frank F. Finch and Rachel Finch of Roanoke VA. She was preceded in death by her husband of more that 60 years Melvin F. Weiss Jr in 2014 and her son Melvin F. "Fred" Weiss III in 1985.

She was a member of Christ Hamilton United Lutheran Church, Stroudsburg PA. She was a lifetime member of the American Legion. She was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan and loved to travel.

There will be a viewing from 1:45pm to 2:45pm on Sunday January 15th at the Lighthouse at Christ Hamilton United Lutheran Church, 419 Bossardsville Road, Stroudsburg PA. The funeral will follow in the Church at 3pm. Burial will be in the Stroudsburg Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances can be made to the Christ Hamilton United Lutheran Church.
