Obituary for Arthur J. Dressler

Arthur J. Dressler, 72, of Effort died Friday, February 10 in the Palmerton Hospital.

He was the husband of Margaret (Bonalski) Dressler. They had observed their 48th wedding anniversary on February 1.

Born in Perth Amboy, NJ he was a son of the late Arthur and Mary (Kutcher) Dressler.

He had worked for Revlon in Edison, NJ and later in Oxford, NC for over thirty years, retiring in 2002.

He was an army veteran of the Viet Nam War. He was of the Catholic faith.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Jonathan Dressler of Effort; a daughter, Jennifer Dressler of Albrightsville; two brothers, Wayne and Kenneth Dressler, both in NJ and a granddaughter who meant everything to him, Brianna Boyd.

No services are planned at this time. Cremation will take place in the H. G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.

The Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209 Brodheadsville, is in charge of arrangements.
