Joy Bachman, 49, of Palmerton, passed away Wednesday, March 15 in Lehigh Valley Hospital- Pocono.

Born in Anaheim, CA, she was the loving daughter of the late Paul and Nancy (Hoffman) Bachman.

Joy worked as a machine operator at the Crayola Factory in Easton for most of her life.

She is survived by a sister, Debi Bachman of Palmerton; two brothers, Jeff Bachman of Gilbert, and Scott Bachman; a nephew, David of Saylorsburg; a niece, Kimmie of North Carolina; A great niece, Kamryn, and a great nephew, Branden.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 19 at 2:00 PM from the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville with Rev. David Felker officiating. A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19 at 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Cremation will take place in H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.
