Obituary for Anthony J. "Tony" Hendershot
Anthony J. "Tony" Hendershot, 46, of Wind Gap, passed away peacefully surrounded by family in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest.
He was the loving husband of Barbara J. (Brodzinski) Hendershot. They celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary in April.
Born in Matamoras, PA, he was the son of the late Ronald Hendershot and the late Dolores (Fadrowski) Buskirk.
Tony was a loving and caring husband, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all of his friends and family.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a stepfather, Richard Buskirk of Cherry Valley; five brothers, Ron Hendershot Jr. of Nazareth, Jerry Hendershot of Ashley, Michael Hendershot of Ocala, FL, Tim Buskirk of Effort, Todd Buskirk of Cherry Valley; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 23 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville. Funeral services will follow at 7:30 PM with Rev. David Felker officiating.
