Obituary for Catherine Ann "Cathy" Taylor (Trengrove)
Catherine "Cathy" Ann Taylor, 60, of Stroudsburg, passed away Wednesday, June 28, at St. Luke's Hospital-Monroe Campus.
She was the loving wife of Scott R. Taylor. They celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary in September of last year.
Born in Paterson, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Trengrove and the late Dolores (Van Bouchaute) Trengrove.
Cathy was lucky enough to stay home and raise all three of her children. She was very selfless and willing to help anyone over helping herself. Cathy had a love for all kinds of animals and enjoyed feeding the wildlife off her back porch and watching birds gather at her feeder. She passed the time doing word puzzles, walking her dog Bentley and always looked forward to spending time with her family and new granddaughter.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Melissa Narducci and her husband David of Kunkletown, Jenna Heckman and her husband Daniel of Effort, Chelsea Nguyen and her husband Louis of Stroudsburg; and one grandchild, Harper Heckman.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 5 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville. Memorial services will follow at 7:30 PM.
