Obituary for Charles A. Fisher
Charles A. Fisher, 89, of Saylorsburg, passed away Sunday, January 9 in Pottsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
He was the loving husband of Ruth Mildred (Risberg) Fisher. They would have observed their 69th wedding anniversary in January of this year.
Charles was born in Boston, MA. He worked heavy machinery as an operating engineer for most of his life in New York.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Robert Fisher of Las Vegas, NV; a daughter, Susan Karnbach and her husband Ross of Palmer, MA; three grandchildren, Ross Jr., Kerri, Ryan; and his beloved Dog, Jody.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation will take place in H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.
