Dr. Alfred Keglovitz, 85, of Stroudsburg, passed away Thursday, November 22 in Lehigh Valley Hospital- Pocono.

He was the loving husband of Ann M. (Simms) Keglovitz. They celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary in October.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph Keglovitz and the late Sadie (Yost) Keglovitz.

Alfred graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He then opened his own private practice in Nazareth which he owned for over twenty five years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, Alfred, Bruce, Mark and Kent Keglovitz. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Kean, Angela Schurdack, Julia Unger, and three brothers, Joseph, William and Raymond Keglovitz.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation will take place in H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg. A private burial of his ashes will be scheduled on a later date at the convenience of the family in St. Peter's Cemetery, Coplay.
