Obituary for Edward J. Clarke Sr.
Edward J. Clarke Sr., 85, of Long Pond, passed away Monday, February 4 in Lehigh Valley Hospital- Pocono.
He was the loving husband of the late Ida M. Clarke. They were married for forty seven years.
Edward worked as a truck driver in Lodi, NJ for many years. He was also an US Army Veteran. He will be deeply missed by all of his friends and family.
He is survived by two sons, Edward J. Clarke Jr. and his wife Christine of Mountainhome, Richard Clarke of Wilkes-Barre; three daughters, Debra Pierce and her husband Gary, Donna Witkowski and her husband John, Cindy Soltis and her husband John, all of Daytona Beach, FL; a sister, Joan Utegg of New Mexico, and several other sisters; thirty six grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
Services will be scheduled on a later date at the convenience of the family. Cremation will take place in H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.
