Obituary for John A. Cipriano

John A. Cipriano, 57, of Saylorsburg, passed away Saturday, January 7, in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Pocono.

He was the loving husband of Jamie Lee (Passalacqua) Cipriano. They would have observed their 26th wedding anniversary in February of this year.

Born in Lakewood, NJ, he was the son of Barbara (Franz) Cipriano and the late Charles Cipriano.

John was a distributor for Bimbo Bakeries for many years. He attended Pleasant Valley Assembly of God in Brodheadsville. John always made everyone laugh and had a great sense of humor. Later on in life on the side of work he became an ordained minister for several years. Most of all, he was a sweet, loving, and caring son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all his friends and family.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by 3 sons, Nicholas Cipriano, Joshua Cipriano, Frank Passalacqua and his wife Emily; a daughter, Stephanie Carroll; two brothers, Joe Cipriano and his wife Terry, Robert Cipriano and his wife Jeanie; three grandchildren, Grayson, Levi, Callum; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Luca Passalacqua.

A viewing will be held on Friday, January 13, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville.
