Obituary for Joseph J. Vitolo
Joseph J. Vitolo, 63, of Albrightsville, passed away Thursday, September 16 in his home surrounded by his family.
He was the devoted and loving husband of Debra Ann (Perez) Vitolo. They celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary in June.
Born on May 25, 1958 in Bronx, NY, he was the son of the late Santo Vitolo and the late Santina (Pisanti) Vitolo.
Joseph was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all of his friends and family.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Joseph Vitolo and his wife Sarah of Albrightsville; a daughter, Jacqueline Vitolo of Daleville; two brothers, Ralph Vitolo and his wife Donna of Monroe, NY, Robert Vitolo of Albrightsville; four grandchildren, Madeline, Emma, Rosaliah, and Selina. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gennaro Vitolo, and a sister, Teresa Nocerino.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 23 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 24 at 10:30 AM at St. Philip Neri Church, 3025 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10468. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
