Kari Beth Hazelton, 37, of Kunkletown, passed away Monday, March 22 in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born in Easton, she was the loving daughter of Ernest and Gwen (Coad) Hazelton.
Services will be held on March 30 at 11:30 AM from the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA. Burial will follow after the service.
