Obituary for Linda M. Lowe (Weiss)
Linda M. Lowe, 72, of Mount Bethel, passed away Saturday, May 27, at Bethlehem South Nursing & Rehabilitation.
She was the loving wife of the late Horst G. Lowe. They celebrated 49 wonderful years of marriage together.
Born in East Stroudsburg, she was the daughter of the late Felix Weiss and the late Minnie (Bond) Weiss.
Linda and her husband were long-time members of Mount Eaton Church in Saylorsburg. She graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 1970 and later went on to graduate from Churchman's Business School in Easton. She worked as a secretary for the Toll Bridge Commission for many years, and also worked at the former LeMar Fashions in Sciota. Linda and her husband enjoyed traveling, eating out together, and visiting with friends. They always made friends wherever they went, and both will be greatly missed by all friends and family.
She is survived by two aunts, Virginia Faulstick and Clara Bond. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a half brother, Herman Weisel.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 20, at 2:00 PM at Mt. Eaton Church in Saylorsburg. Burial of the cremated remains will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Saylorsburg
