Matthew David Horan, 24 of Albrightsville, died Thursday, March 3 at home.

He was the son of David and Lois (Mikula) Horan.

Matthew was an avid fan and former player of the APA (American PoolPlayers Association) League, where he would also join up with his father on occassion as teammates. He was a family oriented and selfless person, and spent a lot of his time taking care of his mother.

Along with his parents, he is survived by his brother Patrick Horan and wife Fallon of Pen Argyl; two sisters, Casey Horan of Alrbightsville, and Madison Horan of Albrightsville. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Patricia Pittaro.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday March 9 at 4:30 PM from the Kresge Funeral Home 1763 US 209 Brodheadsville, with Rev. David Felker officiating. A visitation will be held on Wednesday March 9 at 3:00 PM until the time of the service.
