Obituary for Moira Sheila Creel

The world sparkles a little less today. Moira Creel, age 69, of Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania has crossed the rainbow to sing Irish songs with her loved ones who had gone before. Born October 2, 1953, she was perfectly born to be the fourth of seven, right at the center of everyone’s attention. Moira was known for her amazing quirky sense of humor, and she made instant friends everywhere she went with her kind and gentle nature. Her spirit survives through her three children, Jack Clark of San Diego, California, Kyle Rowan and wife Laura of Atlanta, Georgia, and Bridget Wipf and her husband Stephen of Flagstaff, Arizona. She was a proud Nana to four grandchildren, Aiden, Grady, Arthur, and Evoric. She is also survived by her brother Kevin Creel and wife Joanne, sisters Helen Weichman and husband Allen, Kerry Slotkoff and husband Dan, Peggy Marinelli and husband Paul, brother-in-law Eric Holencik, sister in law Gloria Creel, nieces Kerry, Erica, Kelly, Beth, Rachel, Laura, Jill and Gina, nephews Christopher, Michael, and Casey and many grand nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Virginia and Jack Creel, sister Patti Holencik and brother John Creel. Moira was an amazing dancer, storyteller, and a fierce defender of everyone she loved. She is greatly missed.
