Obituary for Paul R. Duga

Paul R. Duga, 69, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Monday, May 30 in River View Nursing & Rehab Center, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in New York City, he was the loving son of the late Paul Duga and the late Anna (Maytan) Duga.

Paul started his working career at Allied Chemical in Morristown, NJ. He later went on to work as a truck loader for Roadway in Tannersville for thirty years. After that he finished his career working as a truck loader for Amazon. He enjoyed fishing, visiting casinos, and bowling in his early years. Most of all, he was a loving and caring brother, uncle, great uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all his friends and family.

He is survived by a niece, Tracey Benitz and her husband Steve; a nephew, Fred Due and his wife Karen; a great niece, Kiera; and three great nephews, Ryan, Jake, and Sean. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Due.

A viewing will be held on Friday, June 3 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dave Felker officiating. Burial will be in Buena Vista Cemetery, Brodheadsville.
