Obituary for Ronald C. Berkery

Ronald C. Berkery, 84, of Albrightsville, passed away Tuesday, January 8 in his home.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, he was the loving son of the late Alfred Berkery and the late Lucia (Harjes) Berkery.

Ronald worked in the hospitality industry for many years. He was also a veteran who served in the Army Reserves during the Korean Conflict. He was very loving and caring uncle. He was an avid animal lover and enjoyed spending time with all of his pet cats. He was also an avid baseball fan. GO YANKEES! He will be deeply missed by all of his friends and family.

He is survived by a brother, Alfred Berkery of Cliffside Park, NJ; a niece, Jean Wambach, her husband Bill and their daughter Kathryn of Wayne, NJ; his dear friends Alnona & Will Outwater; and many other friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his lifetime friend, Robert Kelly.

Funeral arrangements are private at this time.
