Obituary for Sharon J. Donchez

Sharon J. Donchez, 67, of Allentown, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, January 3, 2021.

She was the loving wife of Richard G. Goulstone. They were together for over thirty five years and celebrated twelve years of marriage together.

Born in East Stroudsburg, she was the daughter of Hazel (Conklin) Donchez and the late Frank S. Donchez Jr.

Sharon was a substitute English teacher at Parkland High School for over twenty years. She was a very kind and sweet woman with a young at heart spirit. She lived her life to the fullest, and always enjoyed skiing and visiting the beach. Most of all, she was a loving and caring wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and great aunt. She will be deeply missed by all of her friends and family.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by a brother, Jay Donchez of Wind Gap; two sisters, Dawn Plummer and her husband David of Pen Argyl, Tammy Kemp and her husband Dean of Pen Argyl; a niece, Traci Hoadley and her husband Jason, a nephew, Tyler Kemp and his companion Sarah Barnett; a great niece, Kennady, and two great nephews, Devon and Elliot.

Memorial services will be private at the convenience of the family. Due to the pandemic, scheduling for a public gathering and celebration of Sharon's life will be announced on a later date.
