George Morris, 67, of Blakeslee, died Monday, January 26 in his home.

Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Joseph and Catherine (Farrell) Morris.

George was an accountant at Fast Tax NEPA in Blakeslee for twenty years before retiring in 2005.

He was a Marine Corp. veteran of the Viet Nam War serving three tours of duty.

He is survived by a sister, Theresa M. Poore in VA and two brothers, Frances Morris in Philadelphia and William Morris in NJ.

Memorial services will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, February 3 from the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209 Brodheadsville. Cremation will have taken place in the H. G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg. Interment will be held at a later date in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
