Stanley Michael “Stashu” Partyka Jr., 61, of Kresgeville, passed away Sunday, March 15th, 2015 at Palmerton Hospital. He leaves behind a loving daughter, Tara, 21, and a devoted wife of 23 years, Barbara. Born and raised in Newark, NJ he was the middle child of the late Violet and Stanley Partyka Sr. He was a firefighter for the city of Newark for 25 years, as well as serving his country in U.S. Air Force for 2. He enjoyed bird watching in addition to gardening. Stanley’s innate ability to make strangers feel like family and complete selflessness will be dearly missed. Furthermore, he is survived by his older sister Elaine of Roselle Park, NJ. A memorial service will be held Sat. March 21st, 2015 from 3pm-5pm at William Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209 Brodheadsville, PA.
