George Connors,94, of Kunkletown, formerly from Netcong, NJ, died Thursday March 10 in his home.

He was the husband of Albertina (Wilson) Connors. They had celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary in September.

Born in New York City, he was the son of Grace Connors.

George worked as a clerk at an A&P in Queens, NY for over forty years. He was also of the Catholic faith.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Patricia Bilski of Kunkletown; a son, Daniel Connors and wife Patricia of Farmingdale Long Island, NY; three grandchildren, Kevin Bilski, Jennifer Bilski, Justin Connors; three great grandchildren, Jonathan, Julianna, Brayden; and two step-grandchildren, Jason and HeatherRae.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 12 at 11:00 AM from the Kresge Funeral Home 1763 US 209 Brodheadsville with Rev. Seth Wasnock officiating. A visitation will be held on March 12 at 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
