Obituary for Herman Serfass
Herman Serfass, 91, of Gilbert died Thursday, October 15 in the Slate Belt Nursing & Rehab Center.
Born in Gilbert, he was a son of the late Jesse and Elmira (Ruhf) Serfass.
Herman had worked as a carpenter in Allentown for many years.
He was a member of Salem United Church of Christ in Gilbert.
There are no immediate survivors.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 20 from Gilbert Cemetery with Rev. David Schnaars officiating. Interment will follow. There will be no viewing.
The Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209 Brodheadsville, is in charge of arrangements.
