I don't remember being her neighbor when I was 3 years old in the old (Snyder/Fenner) stone house across the creek but my brother, Steve, who passed away several years ago would have remembered Freddy.

We enjoyed the Rinker farm produce for many years.

I have fond memories of reminiscing with and seeing Ruth so often at Quiet Valley. She was a very good and faithful participant every Harvest Festival.

We now live in Dayton Ohio and just heard of Ruth's passing.

Our sincere sympathy to the family.

She was very sweet. Thanks to her efforts, Hamilton Township accepted the Fenner Snyder Robacker Estate. I can vividly remember the meeting. It was the 3 supervisors. Loren Fenner, myself Larry Snyder, and Warren Kresge. Along with Ruth, and both the Robackers. Ruth had worked out all the details before the meeting and when it was presented to us along with the conditions it was a lay down. My Grandfather Jacob Snyder was born in the home and the Snyder Family at one time owned and operated the Old Mill. So for one last time THANK YOU RUTH!

My Aunt Ruth was my Dad Walter’s Sister. I didn’t see her that often, but when I did she always remembered me, always had a beautiful smile, was bubbly and full of life. She always loved volunteering at the West End Fair. God will have one special Angel. God Bless all her family & Friends.
